What I do at FirmFooting
I install the operating layer small firms run on: deadline tracking with a named owner for every date, intake that answers each new inquiry inside a business hour, and client updates on a set cadence. It is built inside the tools your firm already uses (ClickUp, monday.com, Asana), working alongside Clio, MyCase, and Docketwise. Then I train your administrator to own it.
I work remotely, on US hours, with firm owners, administrators, and paralegals.
I am not a lawyer, and FirmFooting is not a law firm. I give no legal advice, draft nothing, and never interpret docketing rules: the attorney remains solely responsible for the law and the official docket. That line is the design, and it is written into every engagement.
